This is the perfect bag for me to hold onto my work notebook and take around to meetings. I love the colour, and the multiple straps are wonderful. I've noticed a couple downsides that bring it down a star for me; there were a few indentations, but most have smoothed out in the last month of using it, so I'm optimistic that they'll all get better with more wear. The other was that the zipper occasionally has some trouble near the beginning when closing (see photo). This is resolved when I put the bag down, or use two hands to pull the zipper straight before closing, but can be a bit annoying if you're like me and frequently attempting a one-handed closure. Overall it's a wonderful bag, so I'd definitely recommend it, but I noted the above which may be more or less important for other potential buyers.
Love the new cappuccino colour and zip closure added to this bag! Back pocket is great for quick phone access. Bag is large size so fits lots!
I love the size of my new Lady Bag. It is spacious inside and I love the versatility of having the cross body strap. Another welcome addition to my growing ela handbag collection.

Such a simple yet elegant bag. The quality is amazing for the price point. The size is also perfect, I'm amazed at how much I can fit it the bag (including my 1L water bottle) without it looking full or over packed.
