We currently do not offer shipping outside of North America.
A pre-order is an order for an ela product that has not yet arrived at our warehouse. These items have a future estimated ship date at the time of purchase. Once your pre-order item has arrived at our warehouse facility, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will receive a shipment tracking number.
Estimated shipping times once your pre-order has shipped can be found by visiting Shipping and Returns.
Kindly note that this estimated ship date is subject to change in the event that there are unforeseen delays in the items arriving at our warehouse.
In the event a pre-order shipment is delayed beyond the initially provided estimated ship dates, we will inform you right away.
Returns & Exchanges
ela wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like to make a return or exchange by contacting customer care or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return shipping is not complimentary and ela does not provide return shipping labels – you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Shipping fees are not refundable when returning or exchanging products.

If you would like to add hot-stamp foil monogramming to your order, simply hit "Add Monogram" on the product page of the item you would like to purchase, and you will then be directed to input your letter(s) and colour choices. Kindly note there is an additional $28 fee for monogramming.

Timing: Monogramming requires an average of 2-3 weeks of additional processing prior to the order shipping. We do our best to accommodate monogramming requests after an order has been placed or delivered, however, we cannot guarantee this will be possible:
My Order Has Been Placed But Is Not Yet Delivered: If you would like to add monogramming to an order that is currently processing (has already been placed but is not yet delivered), please reach out to email@example.com with your order number, the letter(s), and the colour you would like monogrammed. Our team will then be able to provide more insight into whether the item can be held for monogrammed.
I Want An ela Bag I Already Own/Have To Be Monogrammed: If you would like to add monogramming to an ela bag you already have, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further details. Kindly note that you will be responsible for returning the bag to our offices for monogramming.
