I'm a first time buyer from Ela as I was in search to find a versatile everyday bag without the fuss of leather maintenance and support a Canadian based company.

The size of the bag is perfect for my everyday essentials and I love the colour options; I opted for the classic black one. So far, it's been a go-to option for me to use everyday!

One area of improvement could be the zipper. Although it works, it's awkward to zip and unzip when wearing it as a crossbody. The zip function isn't as smooth as other bags I have. I need to pinch one end and use both hands to zip it or unzip it.

Also, something that I love in hardware is the blended silver and gold colour look. Then you don't need to juggle matching one bag with one outfit or the other. Maybe Ela can offer this option in future?

Ordered the Fiona bag in the walnut pebble. Nice little bag. I had ordered one previously in the black. The bag is for the minimalist but it does carry your essentials with ease. I would prefer gun metal hardware rather than gold)with the walnut or even silver. I would also have preferred silver hardware with the black. The gold colored hardware tends to make the bag look less expensive in my opinion. Just my opinion. Other than that it is a lovely little bag.
