The size of the bag is perfect for my everyday essentials and I love the colour options; I opted for the classic black one. So far, it's been a go-to option for me to use everyday!

One area of improvement could be the zipper. Although it works, it's awkward to zip and unzip when wearing it as a crossbody. The zip function isn't as smooth as other bags I have. I need to pinch one end and use both hands to zip it or unzip it.

Also, something that I love in hardware is the blended silver and gold colour look. Then you don't need to juggle matching one bag with one outfit or the other. Maybe Ela can offer this option in future?
